Education,
Done Differently
Lightkeepers Academy was created to offer a more thoughtful approach to education—one that moves beyond one-size-fits-all systems and focuses on the individual student.
We provide a structured, relationship-driven environment where students are known, supported, and challenged to grow. Through personalized learning and consistent expectations, students build confidence, develop strong habits, and make steady academic progress.
Whether in our in-person microschool or virtual academy, our goal is to create a calm, intentional space where students can grow not only in knowledge, but in character and purpose.
Meet the Founder, Allie Lucas
Lightkeepers Academy is led by educator and mother Allie Lucas, who is deeply committed to creating a thoughtful, structured learning environment for every student.
With a heart for students who may not thrive in traditional settings, she has built a school centered on clarity, consistency, and meaningful growth. Her approach prioritizes understanding over pace, and relationship over routine—ensuring that each student is both supported and challenged appropriately.
As both an educator and a parent, Allie understands the importance of trust, communication, and intentional guidance in a child’s education.
